Successful people get in line and stay in line

“Successful people get in line and stay in line.” Brian Tracy

I used to go from one thing to the next, never truly committing to anything. I had the mindset that if it didn't work out it didn’t matter because I would always have a back up plan. Why do we question ourselves? Why do we put so much pressure on ourselves? How can we stay true and trust in ourselves when the going gets tough? Humans have a need for certainty and this can lead us oh so cleverly back to our comfort zone.

per·se·ver·ance
noun
1. steady persistence in a course of action, a purpose, a state, etc., especially in spite of difficulties, obstacles, or discouragement.

You cannot have a back up plan or an easy out if you want to succeed. Joe Pane said something powerful that truly spoke to my soul and had a profound effect on me, he said "you're either all in or you're all out, you will never achieve what you want if you just dip your toe in to the water" When something means everything to you don’t say “if I make it” instead say “it's only a matter of time before I achieve it”

"It is not in the pursuit of happiness that we find fulfillment, it is in the happiness of pursuit.” Denis Waitley

Celebrate the small wins along the way and take note of the reference points of success. Talent will only get you so far; perseverance, hard word and being relentless in pursuit of your WHY, your Purpose and your vision will get you through.

"Life is not easy for any of us. But what of that? We must have perseverance and above all confidence in ourselves. We must believe that we are gifted for something and that this thing must be attained.” Marie Curie

Be relentless in pursuit of what matters to you, it takes hard work to be great.

Rise Up. Out of the everyday and into life.

I would love you to join me on this journey below.
